History of the company
October 4, 2007 is the official date of the formation of National Company Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation «Tobol». (Government Ordinance No 818 of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 18, 2007 «On measures for implementation of the Executive order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 407 dated September 17, 2007», Order of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 532 dated October 4, 2007);

October 8, 2007 is the date of registration of National Company Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation «Tobol» in the Department of Justice of Kostanai region;

On March 31, 2010 transfer of the republican property of state-owned shares of JSC NC SEC «Tobol» began in equal shares of 50% in the municipal property of Kostanai and North Kazakhstan regions (Government Ordinance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 266 dated March 31, 2010 «On issues of social -entrepreneurial corporations», «Order of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 222 dated March 31, 2010);

On October 1, 2010 it was made a decision on the voluntary restructuring of JSC NC SEC «Tobol» in the form of separation into two joint stock companies: JSC SEC «Tobol«and JSC SEC «Soltustіk» (Decision No 3 of the second general meeting of shareholders of the company on October 1 2010);

January 11, 2011 is registration date of the company Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation «Soltustіk «in the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region;

On March 17, 2011 began the exchange of shares between the management of Finance of North Kazakhstan and Kostanay regions.
The single shareholder of JSC NC SEC «Soltustіk» is akimat of North Kazakhstan region in the person of the state institution «Department of Finance North Kazakhstan region».
Joint Stock Company has a separate property, has its own balance, bank accounts, a seal with the name on the state and Russian languages, letterheads, stamps and other details.
