Requirements for partner
Potential partners and / or the project must meet the following requirements:
1) meet the goals and objectives of the company; 2) have the necessary financial and / or material and / or labor resourses of the project; 3) have civil solvency; 4) correspond to the investment policy of the company; 5) have the economic and/or social appeal; 6) be solvent and have no overdue debt to financial institutions, have no subject to liquidation of the assets offered by the company in the joint venture, should be free of any and all liens and encumbrances, its financial and economic activities must not be suspended in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 7) not be prosecuted for any failure to perform its obligations for the contracts within the last two years based on the the court decision which came into effect. Potential partner (individual person) must have an impeccable business reputation (professionalism, conscientiousness, absense of unwithdrawn conviction for crimes in the sphere of economic activity). |
